  • Could you send me a pamphlet, please?

    We would be happy to send you information.
    Please provide us your address either by telephone or fax.

  • Is there free parking available?

    There is a car park with a capacity of 60 vehicles located approx.
    a mere 1-minute walk from the inn.

  • Do you provide a transfer service to and from the nearest train station?

    Transfer services are provided between 8:00?10:00 and 15:00?22:30.

  • Is it possible for someone to help me get dressed in a colorful yukata?

    Our nakai (maid/waitress) staff will be happy to assist you.

  • Can I walk about outside the inn dressed in my colorful yukata?

    Within Kinosaki Town, going out and about dressed in yukata is the norm.

  • Can I ask you to provide transport to other spas?

    We provide a transport service between 20:00?22:30

  • Until what time can I use the baths at the inn?

    Until 12:00 midnight.

  • Can I order meal changes?

    Yes. Please be sure to request any meal changes by telephone up
    until the day prior to your stay with us, as far ahead of time as possible.

  • Can I use a credit card for payment?

    We do not accept payment by credit card.
    Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.

  • How much is the cancellation fee?

    The fee for cancellation on the day of your reservation or
    a no-show is 100% of the accommodation fee.

  • Until what time can I telephone to make inquiries?

    Please call before 22:00.
